Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy - Securing Your Date: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Cancellations: - Cancellations made [30+] days prior: Only the deposit is forfeited. - Cancellations within [30] days: The full balance is non-refundable and due immediately. - Rescheduling: One date change is permitted (subject to availability) if requested 30 days in advance. A transfer fee may apply depending on the location. - Requirements: Client must provide a dedicated power outlet and a sheltered setup area (if outdoors).
